CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all online training programs, courses, workshops, and related digital services offered by Ventitude through https://ventitude.org.

By registering for or purchasing any Ventitude service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Ventitude provides digital and online services only. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, delivery status, and timing of the cancellation request.

2. Live Online Training Programs

2.1 Cancellation by Participant

* Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of a live online training are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction or payment processing fees (if applicable).

* Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not refundable.

2.2 Non-Attendance

* Failure to attend a live session, whether in whole or in part, is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

* Recording access (if available) may be granted at Ventitude’s discretion but does not constitute a refund.

3. Recorded / On-Demand Training

* Once access to recorded, on-demand, or downloadable training materials is granted, no refunds will be issued.

* This is due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content access.

4. Blended or Multi-Module Programs

For programs combining live sessions and recorded materials:

* If cancellation occurs before any access is granted, a refund may be issued according to Section 2.1.

* If access to any portion of the program has been provided, the program is considered partially delivered and no refunds will be issued.

5. Consulting, Custom Training, and Corporate Programs

* Fees paid for consulting services, customized training, or corporate programs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

* Any refund or rescheduling terms for such services must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Cancellations by Ventitude

Ventitude reserves the right to:

* Cancel or reschedule training programs due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be offered one of the following:

* A full refund, or

* Transfer to a rescheduled date, or

* Credit toward a future Ventitude program

7. Payment Method and Processing Time

* Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

* Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

* Ventitude is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:

* Full name

* Email address used for registration

* Training program name

* Reason for the request

9. Legal Compliance

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

* Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, and

* Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Policy Updates

Ventitude reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
