This Delivery Policy applies to all training programs, courses, workshops, and educational services offered by Ventitude through https://ventitude.org.
Ventitude provides online training services only. No physical products are shipped or delivered.
1. Nature of Service Delivery
All Ventitude training services are delivered digitally in one or more of the following formats:
* Live online sessions (e.g., via video conferencing platforms)
* Recorded training sessions
* Digital learning materials (documents, presentations, templates, or tools)
* Access to online learning platforms, portals, or shared workspaces
2. Access and Delivery Method
Upon successful registration and payment:
* Access details (such as login credentials, session links, or platform invitations) will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
* Delivery may occur immediately or on a scheduled date, depending on the specific training program.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address and contact information are accurate and accessible.
3. Delivery Timeline
* Live Training: Access links and joining instructions are typically provided 24–72 hours before the scheduled session.
* Recorded or On-Demand Training: Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the program page.
* Blended Programs: Access to different components may be granted in phases according to the program schedule.
Any specific delivery timelines will be clearly communicated on the relevant training page or via email.
4. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
* Having a stable internet connection
* Access to a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
* Installing any required software or applications (if applicable)
Ventitude is not responsible for delivery issues caused by technical limitations on the participant’s side.
5. Access Limitations
* Access to training materials is provided only to the registered participant unless explicitly stated otherwise.
* Sharing login credentials, content, or training materials without written permission from Ventitude is strictly prohibited.
* Access duration (temporary or lifetime) will be specified for each training program.
6. Service Interruptions
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted delivery, access to online training may occasionally be affected by:
* Platform maintenance
* Technical issues
* Force majeure events beyond our control
In such cases, Ventitude will make reasonable efforts to restore access or reschedule sessions where applicable.
7. No Physical Delivery
Ventitude does not deliver:
* Printed materials
* Physical certificates (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
* Any physical goods or merchandise
All certificates, if provided, are delivered digitally.
